KSKT Cardamom Black / Badi Elaichi

Black cardamom is a popular Indian spice, also called badi elaichi or kali elaichi, used in many typical dishes of Indian cuisine. It is used in the form of seed pods, which are dark brown to black in colour and take on a smoky flavour due to the way they are dried. The smoky flavour comes from drying over a flame, which also gives it a special aroma.
