Shipping Policy
Delivery processing time
For products fulfilled by Kaze Living, all orders are processed either on same day and within 1-2 days. We deliver 7 days a week (except on national holidays and major festivals). Orders placed before 2 pm are delivered on the same day. Delivery might be delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions or traffic movement restrictions.
Some products are fulfilled directly by our brand partners (on a drop-ship basis), please check the ‘Delivered Separately’ tag on the website. These products may take longer than 24-48 hours to be delivered to the customer; the exact information will be provided on the product page. Cash on Delivery may be not applicable on these products.
Our delivery timings are Morning Slot from 9 am to 12 pm & Evening Slot from 5 PM -8 PM. Milk and dairy products may be delivered separately in the morning between 8 am to 12 noon.

Order confirmation and shipment tracking
For products shipped by Kaze Living via Pidge, you will receive an order confirmation email and WhatsApp text. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification message on Whatsapp and a tracking sms from our delivery partner. Apart from the order confirmation email, we do not take guarantee that you will receive the other notification messages.
For products shipped directly by our brand partners, it is the responsibility of the brand partner to communicate and coordinate for the delivery. These orders may take more than 24-48 hours to deliver. Cash on Delivery may be not applicable for these products.
