Should the product you have purchased is faulty, damaged, or defective, we will happily refund the value of the product using your original payment method or offer a voucher of an equivalent amount. We reserve the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a valid reason and a picture of the product on whatsapp and notify us within 36 hours of delivery. The staff member handling your request will advise you on further actions. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please send us a complaint in time! We are not able to credit or replace any items on complaints made after 36 hours of receiving delivery.
