Strozzapreti, (pronounced Stroh-zaa-prey-tee) is a long elongated shape made by twisting the past dough around so it creates hollows around the sides. It is a beautiful pasta shape that we have created through bronze dies, made in the traditional way with an eggless dough made of semolina and Wholewheat (to keep it healthy and taste delicious still!). With all those double S hollows for the sauce to creep in, and all that texture for it to hang onto.
