Rajma Galouti Kebabs are a popular vegetarian alternative to the popular meat-based galouti kebab from Awadhi cuisine. These patties-shaped kababs are known for their crispy texture, and moist inside, and hence served within a roll. it can be severed as starters or snacks with a choice of condiments, but also tastes amazing when served as patties for burgers or rolls.Ā
Cooking Instructions: Take the product out of the box and leave it outside for thawing.
Deep-fry: Place thawed products in a deep fryer at 350°F (177°C) until it turns golden brown. Drain excess oil on a paper towel. Serve hot and crispy.
Pan-fry:Ā Place products in a skillet with a small amount of oil and cook from both sides on medium heat until it turns golden brown. Drain excess oil on a paper towel. Serve hot and crispy.
Air-fry:Ā Preheat the air-fryer for 5 minutes at 390 °F. Place the product in the air-fryer basket. Heat the product for 8 minutes. Remove the products from the basket and serve hot and crispy.Ā
