This bottle of first Flush Ginger is an outcome of our obsession to discover the finest possibility in the taste of Ginger, to create what we can best describe as ` Single Malt of Ginger .

The ginger shoots were graded and individually hand sliced for bite size consistency. The lime juice added to it was from a single plantation which grows a variety of lemons with less acidic content so that it does not overpower the taste of ginger. The ginger in this bottle is a product of a passion to bring a rare and distinct taste of something so familiar.
