Ong's
Hot Chilli Sauce from Singapore is made with plenty of red chillies and a
touch of garlic for a fiery, tangy heat. Use it as a dip for momos, spring
rolls and fries, or add a spoonful to noodles, fried rice and stir-fries for
extra spice.

Sugar, Red Chillies (16.3%), Rice Vinegar, Thickener (INS 1442), Garlic,
Salt, Acidity Regulators (INS 330, INS 331).
