These are flat croquettes of minced chicken meat along with added flours, spices, condiments, and coated with crumbs by dipping them into standard batter emulsion.

Tender & juicy inside and crispy on the outside.

Breaded, lightly spiced, succulent minced chicken patties.

This all-time appetizer/snack is crunchy on the outside and is best paired with a barbeque sauce or homestyle coriander-mint chutney.

Can be easily regenerated by shallow frying or in an air-fryer.
