CTC DESI CHAI STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS

- Bring fresh water to boil.
- Add 2 gms of loose CTC Desi Chai to hot water (preferably at 98° C).
- Allow it to brew for about two minutes.
- Stir well and add milk if you like.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Strain it into a cup.
