Rich & fruity olives and capers are ground with extra virgin olive oil to make this silky smooth Olive spread, that can be used as a topping for bruschetta, as a sauce for pasta, with crackers and cheese, as a spread for sandwiches, or whisked with some thick yoghurt to make a dip. Also makes a great marinade.
