Paratha roll- Spread inside hot paratha, add onions/capsicum, roll, 30 sec on tawa.

Momos- Steam, then dunk. For extra melt: warm a spoon of dip and pour over.

Cheese toast- Smear on bread, add mozzarella/cheddar, broil till bubbly.

Maggi/instant noodles- Stir 1 tbsp into cooked noodles. Skip half the tastemaker.

Roasted cauliflower/paneer- Toss with a little oil + dip, bake till edges brown.

Baked/air‑fried potato- Split, add a big dollop, finish with spring onion.
