Sweetened with unprocessed sugar, banana and finished with dark chocolate chips, the cake is moist, buttery, and gently rich without being heavy. Baked fresh in small batches with no premixes or artificial flavours, it’s designed to be enjoyed by the slice—simple, honest, and comforting.
