Scotti RISO Hakumaki (Round Grain) Sushi Rice 1kg

Riso Scotti Hakumaki is a short, round-grain sushi rice grown and milled in Italy and vacuum packed for freshness. It cooks to a sticky yet light texture that holds together for maki, nigiri and onigiri and takes sushi vinegar evenly. Also great for poke bowls and Japanese-style sides.
