Cremini Mushroom

Cremini mushrooms are a younger portobello, and as such also go by the name Baby Portobellos or Baby Bellas. Darker, firmer and more flavorful than the white button mushroom. They have a distinctly earthy flavour. Slice them up and use them in stir-fries, soups, pasta or salads.

Also known to have cancer-fighting properties, Creminis are protectors of the immune system and contain natural antioxidants and anti-inflammatories.
