About: Bajra biscuits seasoned with Kaliya-Jeera, added with Phogla — a desert flower native to Rajasthan, known for its many health benefits.


Phogla thrives in Rajasthan’s harsh desert climates and helps naturally stabilise sand dunes, making it vital to Thar’s ecology. Its buds are nutrient-rich and high in calcium, and iron—and have been used traditionally for cooling, digestive support, and as a relief from sunstroke. Mixed with Bajra flour and local flavours, we bring you the first products made with Phogla, the Rajasthan’s desert supper-food.
