Its buds are nutrient-rich and high in calcium, and iron—and have been used traditionally for cooling, digestive support, and as a relief from sunstroke. Mixed with Bajra flour and local flavours, we bring you the first products made with Phogla, the Rajasthan’s desert supper-food.
