RATRI CHAI STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS

For tea bags:

  1. Bring fresh water to boil.
  2. Place the Ratri Chai (Good Night Tea) tea bag and pour hot water (preferably at 98° C) in a cup.
  3. Allow it to brew for about two minutes.
  4. Stir well and add lemon or sugar if you like.

For loose tea:

  1. Bring fresh water to boil.
  2. Add 2 gms of loose Ratri Chai (Good Night Tea) to hot water (preferably at 98° C).
  3. Allow it to brew for about two minutes.
  4. Strain it into a cup.
  5. Add lemon or sugar to taste.
