The Veg Channa Shammi Kebabs are our take on the classic Awadhi Shami kabab which is made from minced meat. Our vegetarian Shammi kababs are made from protein-rich chickpeas. These are crisp and succulent. This is a simple recipe and also one of the healthiest party snacks item.
Heating Instructions: Take the product out of the box and leave it outside for thawing. Deep-fry: Place thawed products in a deep fryer at 350°F (177°C) until it turns golden brown. Drain excess oil on a paper towel. Serve hot and crispy.
Pan-fry: Place products in a skillet with a small amount of oil and cook from both sides on medium heat until it turns golden brown. Drain excess oil on a paper towel. Serve hot and crispy.
Air-fry: Preheat the air-fryer for 5 minutes at 390 °F. Place the product in the air-fryer basket. Heat the product for 8 minutes. Remove the products from the basket and serve hot and crispy.
