Multigrain flour is made using a combination of multiple grains such as wheat, ragi, oats, maize(corn), chana dal, and soya. It is much healthier version of the regular chapati flour.

 

The goodness of ragi, fibre content of oats, protein from chana & soya and antioxidant properties of maize blended with flour makes this flour healthier. This unique combination of multigrain ensures that the flour is high in fibre.

 

All the ingredients/grains used in the mix are grown Naturally i.e. without the use of pesticides or chemicals. This signifies that our multigrain atta is safer, healthier, and more nutritious than multigrain atta of any other brand.

 

·       Multigrain atta has a higher content of fiber and protein than most of the other flours. Proteins plays a pivotal role in increasing strength and muscle mass.

·       Multigrain atta controls the spike in sugar levels. It has a lower glycemic index and promotes insulin sensitivity as well.

·       Multigrain atta is rich in dietary fiber which is easy to digest and still helps to make you feel fulfilled for longer hours.
