Tandoori Chicken Tikka

Boneless pieces of chicken are marinated with hung curd, ginger-garlic-green chili paste, Kashmiri red chili, lemon juice and mustard oil, then double roasted in a charcoal fired tandoor, it is an all-time party pleaser.

Can be regenerated really well in an air-fryer or on a griddle, best goes with freshly prepared mint-coriander chutney.
