Paratha roll — Spread inside hot paratha, add onions/capsicum, roll, 30 sec on tawa.

Momos — Steam, then dunk. For extra melt: warm a spoon of dip and pour over.

Cheese toast — Smear on bread, add mozzarella/cheddar, broil till bubbly.

Maggi/instant noodles — Stir 1 tbsp into cooked noodles. Skip half the tastemaker.

Roasted cauliflower/paneer — Toss with a little oil + dip, bake till edges brown.
