Wood Fired Pita

Probably the softest, fluffiest pita you have ever had! Made in our wood-fired oven, our pita dough is fermented for over 24 hours and contains the very best ingredients.

Shelf life is 3 days. Please refrigerate, wrapped. Freezing is not recommended.
To eat, heat on a plain hot roti Tawa, without any oil or butter for 1 minute on each side. Do not microwave.

Ingredients : Refined Wheat, Salt, Olive Oil, Yeast
