Scotti Arborio is a classic Italian superfino risotto rice from Pavia, vacuum
packed to keep it fresh. Its large, pearly grains release starch slowly for a
creamy risotto that keeps an al dente bite. Cooks in about 15–18 minutes;
also ideal for arancini, rice pudding and soups.
