Rajma Galouti Kebabs are a popular vegetarian alternative of the popular meat-based galouti kebab from awadhi cuisine. these patties shaped kabab are known for its crispy texture, moist inside and hence served within a roll. it can be severed as starters or snacks with choice of condiments, but also tastes amazing when served as patties for burger or rolls. Ingredients: Potato, Red Kidney Beans, Sunflower Oil, Corn Starch, Ginger, Onion, Garlic, Green Chili, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Cumin, Citric Acid, Spices, Water. Heating Instructions: Take the product out of the box and leave outside for thawing. Deep-fry: Place thawed products in deep fryer at 350°F (177°C) until it turns golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towel. Serve hot and crispy. Pan-fry: Place products in a skillet with small amount of oil and cook from both sides on medium heat until it turns golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towel. Serve hot and crispy. Air-fry: Preheat the air-fryer for 5 minutes at 390 °F. Place the product in the air-fryer basket. Heat the product for 8 minutes. Remove the products from the basket and serve hot and crispy.
