Handcrafted ribbons of fettuccine pasta, made from organic whole wheat and semolina. A perfect blend of taste and texture, with the extra goodness of whole wheat by Donna Pastaias. 

It's SAFE

• All our pasta is made fresh, handpicked ingredients and then dried using time tested traditional methods, at low temperatures over a long duration (16-20 hours) to retain the nutritional integrity of the pasta
• The entire process from kneading the dough to making and packaging the pasta is done carefully by our pastaias (pasta-makers) to give you nothing but good, authentic, real food. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do

Ingredients:

• Organic Whole Wheat
• Organic Semolina
• Olive Oil

It's READY TO EAT

• Place pasta in plenty of salted boiling water (please make sure the water is boiling before adding the pasta to cook). Pasta is al-dente in 6-7 minutes, please test for level of done'ness and tweak according to individual preference, and should ideally go straight from the cooking water to the sauce you want to toss it into for best results
• Please store at room temperature, in air tight containers, away from heat, light and humidity
