The original sweet plum. This is the most widely grown and widely loved plum varieties in India. The fruit has a beautiful crimson red colour when mature which deepens on ripening. When ripe the skin becomes a bit soft and super juicy.

Most times in the market you find these to be very sour as they are plucked early. But our farmers hold the fruit back till the last to ensure that you get the best fruit only.

Grown by Rimpu Bragta, our very successful woman farmer from Kotkhai. Her orchard, Veer Vatika (named so after her father who served the armed forces) grows one of the best tasting - Stone fruits, Pears, Apples and Vegetables in the area.)
