These Sabudana Tikkis are thin pan-fried patties made with tapioca pearls, mashed potatoes, and signature K.O.O.K spices. The crispy patties make for a delicious snack that will get over in no time. This recipe is suitable for Hindu fasting days like Ekadashi, Navratri, Mahashivratri, or Chaturthi. It is also easy to customize this dish with the ingredients you include during your fast.
Heating Instructions: Take the product out of the box and leave it outside for thawing.
Deep-fry: Place thawed products in a deep fryer at 350°F (177°C) until it turns golden brown. Drain excess oil on a paper towel. Serve hot and crispy.
Pan-fry: Place products in a skillet with a small amount of oil and cook from both sides on medium heat until it turns golden brown. Drain excess oil on a paper towel. Serve hot and crispy.
Air-fry: Preheat the air-fryer for 5 minutes at 390 °F. Place the product in the air-fryer basket. Heat the product for 8 minutes. Remove the products from the basket and serve hot and crispy.
