Our Infused apple cider vinegar is called Fire Cider. The whole affair was organized, and made accessible by herbalist Rosemary Gladstar in the 1970s. She also coined the term Fire Cider. This renaissance gave rise to a host of exciting and original infusions. We have followed the same vein and dabbled with flavors and ingredients of our region, to express our own take on the infused ACV culture.
How to store: Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened.
Shelf life: 12 months
Use: in salads and soups, chutneys and sauces, curries, marinades, stir fries and so on.
