Inspired by Austrian mustards, this one is fruity, sweet and spicy. Made with whole grains of black and yellow mustard and fresh indigenous Kumaoni apples.
The mustard grains used are indigenous varieties of yellow and black mustard grown by us on our farm in Uttarakhand. For their preparation we use small-scale artisanal methods such as ageing and curing of the mustard grains and stone grinding to maintain the integrity of our ingredients. Our mustards are available in different textures from whole grain to coarsely ground to a slightly pastier consistency.
Ingredients: yellow and black mustard grain, apple cider vinegar, jaggery, rock salt, black peppercorn, onion, garlic, bay leaf, all spice, juniper berries, clove, nutmeg, kumaoni apples.
How to store: Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened.
