Our partners make artisanal cheese using only culture and microbial rennet. No preservatives or additives are added to the standardized milk. This means, we take into account that the milk will change with the seasons and that the cattle feed would need to be closely monitored. We have been able to ensure the cows get the right kind of nutrition required to optimize the milk for cheese making. Message us to visit the manufacturing facility in Uttarakhand and learn about cheese making - from cheese vats, to aging rooms, to whey treatment units. And for those on a diet - fat in moderation is an essential part of a healthy diet. You can choose a more fatty cheese like Cheddar, or leaner varieties like Ricotta. Cheese is essentially coagulated milk and we ensure that it’s original goodness is preserved in every inch.
